复合顶板煤矿巷道围岩变形特征分析及支护参数优化研究

Deformation characteristics analysis of surrounding rock of composite roof coal mine roadway and supporting parameter optimization

  • 摘要: 为得出长城三矿运输巷在工作面回采期间围岩变形破坏特征,采用理论计算、现场钻孔窥视及数值模拟等方法得出了巷道围岩变形量大的原因,并提出巷道围岩支护优化措施。结果表明,软弱夹层的存在和锚杆支护长度不足是造成巷道围岩破坏严重的主要原因;随着软弱夹层层数的增加,巷道顶板围岩发生离层现象,且垂直位移量及水平位移量随之增大,呈正相关关系;现场提出将锚杆长度由2 400 mm换成3 800 mm,后经工程实践,巷道顶板最大垂直位移量为28 mm;两帮最大移近量为78 mm;底鼓量为132 mm,围岩变形量较小,满足安全生产。以期为类似地质条件下复合顶板巷道围岩控制技术提供有益见解。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock during the working face mining of the transportation roadway of Changcheng No.3 Mine, the reasons for the large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway were obtained by theoretical calculation, on-site borehole peeping and numerical simulation, and the optimization measures of the roadway surrounding rock support were proposed.The results show that the existence of soft-weak interlayers and the insufficient length of bolt support are the main reasons for the serious failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway.With the increase of the number of weak interlayers, the surrounding rock of the roadway roof is separated from the bedding, and the vertical displacement and horizontal displacement are increasing and positively correlated.After replacing the length of the bolt from the original 2 400 mm to 3 800 mm, the maximum vertical displacement of the roadway roof was 28 mm; The maximum convergence of the two sides is 78 mm; The floor heaving is 132 mm, and the deformation of the surrounding rock is small, which meets the safety of production.
