掘进机截割头的计算机辅助高效设计与性能优化

Computer-aided efficient design and performance optimization of cutting head for roadheader

  • 摘要: 截割头是掘进机的核心工作零件,截割头的高效、高性能设计是提高掘进机性能的关键。基于截割头设计理论和虚拟样机技术,提出了计算机辅助的截割头结构设计和性能优化方法,编制计算代码,通过Excel实现相关数据的读取和存储。为获得更加真实的截割头截割性能数据,利用虚拟样机技术构建了截割头截割岩壁的耦合模型,并通过大量仿真建立了结构参数、工作参数、煤岩、属性与截割性能匹配的数据库。基于该方法,完成了EBZ-160型掘进机截割头的设计,结果表明该方法可以实现截割头的快速高效设计,设计的截割头具有良好的工作性能。

     

    Abstract: Cutting head is the core working part of roadheader, and the efficient and high performance design of cutting head is the key to improve the performance of roadheader.Based on the cutting head design theory and virtual prototype technology, a computer-assisted cutting head structure design and performance optimization method is proposed, calculation code is compiled, and relevant data are read and stored through Excel.In order to obtain more realistic cutting performance data of the cutting head, the coupling model of cutting head cutting rock wall is constructed using virtual prototype technology, and the database of matching structural parameters, working parameters, coal-rock-properties and cutting performance is established through a large number of simulations.The design of cutting head of EBZ-160 roadheader is completed, and the results show that the method can realize the fast and efficient design of cutting head, and the designed cutting head has good working performance.
