特厚煤层综放开采动压巷道强支-卸压-注浆协同控制技术

Collaborative control technology of strong support-pressure relief-grouting in dynamic pressure roadway of fully mechanized caving mining in extra thick coal seams

  • 摘要: 针对不连沟煤矿特厚煤层动压巷道围岩控制难度大、变形破坏程度高的问题,通过实践提出了特厚煤层动压巷道强支-卸压-注浆控制技术,通过提高锚杆(索)支护强度和刚度增强围岩自身承载力;通过水力压裂卸压转移巷道和煤柱应力峰值;通过煤柱注浆改性,恢复完整性提高强度,限制内移并减少对顶板的压挤效应;3种技术手段三位一体协同发挥控制作用。该技术应用后,相比单一锚杆(索)支护,巷道围岩变形量明显减小,掘-采期间均不需要维修,实现了巷道全服务周期围岩的有效控制。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty in controlling the surrounding rock and the high degree of deformation and damage of the dynamic pressure roadway in the extra thick coal seam of Buliangou Coal Mine, a strong support-pressure relief-grouting technology for the dynamic pressure roadway in the thick coal seam was proposed through practice.By improving the strength and stiffness of anchor rod(cable)support, the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock was enhanced; Transfer stress peaks in the roadway and coal pillar through hydraulic fracturing to relieve pressure; By grouting and modifying the coal pillar, the integrity was restored, the strength was improved, the internal movement was restricted, and the squeezing effect on the roof was reduced; Three technological means work together to boost control effects.After the application of the technology, compared with single anchor(cable)support, the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway was significantly reduced, and maintenance was not required during the excavation-mining period, achieving the effective control of the surrounding rock throughout the entire service cycle of the roadway.
