切顶留巷Y形通风方式下采空区漏风规律研究

Air leakage law of goaf under Y-shaped ventilation mode of roof-cutting and retaining roadway

  • 摘要: 为进一步研究切顶留巷Y形通风方式下采空区漏风及瓦斯超限的问题,以屯兰矿22301工作面为工程背景,设计采用定点释放SF6示踪气体现场考察工作面采空区漏风及瓦斯涌出情况。研究结果表明,工作面风流经留巷段采空区侧巷帮、工作面切眼下部漏入采空区,并在工作面切眼上部重新漏入工作面,采空区漏风增加了采空区遗煤自燃和瓦斯防治难度;切顶留巷在工作面初期来压前留巷段分风量和漏风量呈增加趋势,后期采空区压实稳定后,留巷段分风量、漏风量逐渐降低,解决了22301工作面的漏风和瓦斯超限问题,保证了工作面的安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to further study the problems of air leakage and gas exceeding the limit in goaf under the Y-shaped ventilation method of roof-cutting and retaining roadway, taking the 22301 working face of Tunlan Mine as the engineering background, a fixed-point release SF6 tracer gas was used for on-site inspection of air leakage and gas emission in the goaf of the working face.The research results indicate that the airflow in the working face leaks into the goaf through the side roadway of the goaf and the lower part of the working face cut, and then re-leaks into the working face at the upper part of the working face cut.The air leakage in the goaf increases the difficulty of preventing and controlling the spontaneous combustion of residual coal and gas in the goaf; Before the initial weighting of the working face, the air volume and leakage of the roof-cutting and retaining roadway section showed an increasing trend.The goaf was compacted and stabilized in the later stage, and the air volume and leakage of the retained roadway section gradually decreased, solving the problem of air leakage and gas exceeding the limit in the 22301 working face and ensuring the safety production of the working face.
