基于工程实践的长城三矿回风巷道支护参数优化研究

Support parameter optimization of return air roadway of Changcheng No.3 Mine based on engineering practice

  • 摘要: 为解决长城三矿5号煤层回风巷工作期间变形量大、难控制的问题。采用钻孔窥视、专家论证及理论计算得出了巷道围岩变形量大的原因,并提出了支护优化配合注浆等措施来进行改善。结果表明,由长2 000 mm的锚杆换成长4 000 mm锚索,5 400 mm的锚索长度增加至7 000 mm后。巷道垂直位移量减少78%,水平位移量减少71%且巷道顶板塑性区破坏面积有所减少。通过现场工业试验发现,巷道在100 d后,基本趋于稳定状态,巷道顶板最大位移量为90 mm,两帮最大位移量为73 mm,巷道围岩变形量较小,满足安全生产条件,以期为类似地质条件下巷道围岩变形控制提供有益见解。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large deformation and difficult control during the operation of the 5 coal return airway in Changcheng No.3 Mine, the reasons for the large deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway were identified through drilling observation, expert verification, and theoretical calculation, and measures such as support optimization and grouting were proposed to improve the situation.The results showed that the anchor rod with a length of 2 000 mm was replaced with a 4 000 mm anchor cable, and the length of the 5 400 mm anchor cable increased to 7 000 mm.The vertical displacement of the roadway has decreased by 78%,the horizontal displacement has decreased by 71%,and the plastic zone damage area of the roadway roof has decreased.On site industrial experiments have shown that after 100 days, the roadway tends to a stable state.The maximum displacement of the roadway roof is 90 mm, and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 73 mm.The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is relatively small, which meets the safety production conditions.
