黄陵二号煤矿超宽工作面精准开采控制系统创新设计与研究

Innovative design and research on precise mining control system for ultra wide working faceof Huangling No.2 Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为实现黄陵二号煤矿305超宽工作面自动化精准开采,克服本煤层地质结构复杂、顶板瓦斯、底板油气及长距离运输等困难,基于综采设备空间导航定位、增强感知及精准控制技术研究分析了综采设备精准控制系统。采用该技术后实现了复杂条件环境下的工作面内煤炭的智能化、高效率、安全稳定开采,确保了综采设备工作状态监测准确,各信息系统资源互享,达到对超宽工作面复杂综采设备的智能控制,从而实现精准开采的目标。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve automated and precise mining of the 305 ultra wide working face in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine, overcome the difficulties of complex geological structure, roof gas, floor oil and gas, and long-distance transportation in this coal seam, a precision control system for comprehensive mining equipment was studied and analyzed based on spatial navigation positioning, enhanced perception, and precision control technology.After adopting this technology, the intelligent, efficient, safe and stable mining of coal in complex working conditions has been achieved, ensuring accurate monitoring of the working status of fully mechanized mining equipment, mutual sharing of resources among various information systems, and achieving the intelligent control of complex fully mechanized mining equipment in ultra wide working faces, thus realizing the goal of precise mining.
