Abstract:
In order to achieve automated and precise mining of the 305 ultra wide working face in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine, overcome the difficulties of complex geological structure, roof gas, floor oil and gas, and long-distance transportation in this coal seam, a precision control system for comprehensive mining equipment was studied and analyzed based on spatial navigation positioning, enhanced perception, and precision control technology.After adopting this technology, the intelligent, efficient, safe and stable mining of coal in complex working conditions has been achieved, ensuring accurate monitoring of the working status of fully mechanized mining equipment, mutual sharing of resources among various information systems, and achieving the intelligent control of complex fully mechanized mining equipment in ultra wide working faces, thus realizing the goal of precise mining.
