基于工程试验和现场监测的软岩回采巷道变形控制技术研究

Deformation control technology for soft rock mining roadway based on engineering experiment and on-site monitoring

  • 摘要: 在顶板岩层、煤层、底板岩层强度均低的“三软”煤层开采条件下,回采巷道围岩强度普遍较低,易出现巷道严重变形、支护结构失效等问题。针对这些问题,以董东煤矿5号煤层软岩回采巷道掘进为工程背景,采用理论分析、实验室试验、现场实测等研究方法,分析了软岩回采巷道围岩变形破坏机理,提出通过增加锚杆预应力改善巷道围岩应力状态,增加软岩巷道围岩强度。现场通过采用新型锚杆托板、调心球垫、减摩垫片,提高了锚杆支护预紧力,实现了高效主动支护,有效改善了回采巷道围岩控制效果。

     

    Abstract: Under the mining conditions of “three soft” coal seam, the strength of surrounding rock of mining roadway is generally low, which is prone to the serious deformation of roadway and failure of support structure.In view of this problem, taking the No.5 coal seam soft rock mining roadway in Dongdong Coal Mine as the engineering background, the deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock of mining roadway in soft rock is analyzed using theoretical analysis, laboratory test and field measurement.It is proposed that the stress state of surrounding rock of mining roadway can be effectively improved by increasing the prestress of bolt, and the strength of surrounding rock of mining roadway in soft rock can be increased.By using new type of bolt support plate, self-aligning ball cushion and friction reduction washer, the highly efficient active support is realized, and the control effect of surrounding rock of mining roadway is effectively improved.
