一种基于TDLAS的激光CO2传感器设计和应用

Design and application of laser CO2 sensor based on TDLAS technology

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下CO2传感器易受水汽干扰、可靠性低等问题,在红外CO2传感器的基础上,设计了一种基于TDLAS的激光CO2传感器,详细介绍了传感器技术原理和软硬件设计。该传感器通过提取气体吸收后的光谱信号的二次谐波,计算信号衰减的幅度,依据公式推导出待测气体的浓度。实验结果表明,激光CO2传感器相比红外传感器具有更高的可靠性、更强的抗干扰能力,能够有效地避免水汽干扰,具有广泛的应用前景和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of water vapor interference and low reliability of carbon dioxide sensor in coal mine, a laser carbon dioxide sensor based on TDLAS is designed on the basis of infrared carbon dioxide sensor.The principle of sensor technology and the design of hardware and software are introduced in detail.The sensor extracts the second harmonic of the spectral signal after gas absorption, calculates the amplitude of signal attenuation, and deduces the concentration of the gas to be measured according to the formula.The experimental results show that compared with infrared sensor, laser carbon dioxide sensor has higher reliability, stronger anti-interference ability, can effectively avoid water vapor interference, and has a wide range of application prospects and economic benefits.
