Abstract: Coal mining intelligence is the core technical support to realize the upgrading and high-quality development of coal enterprises, which is an important way to reduce manpower and increase efficiency.In light of the challenges faced during the implementation of intelligent construction at Huineng Group, the experiences of the enterprise have been summarized regarding managerial strategies and technological advancements.Taking the intelligent construction of Baopingwan Coal Mine's 4115 working face as an example, in light of the problems of large periodic pressure, broken roof and wall spalling, etc.,through technological innovations in intelligent machine, posture monitoring of hydraulic support, collision prevention of hydraulic support guarding boards, and intelligent control, the working face is able to achieve normal production with only three workers, with an automation start rate of over 95%,thus ensuring safe and efficient production.
