Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of frequent abnormal gas or gas water spewing during the drilling process of outburst coal seam groups under conditions such as high gas content, soft coal seams, and pressurized limestone water, by improving the drilling and sealing process, orifice device, gas residue separation device, and buffer pressure release bag, combined with hydraulic slag removal process, and using the principle of gas-solid separation retention time, we design a new type of multi-channel large-diameter rapid pressure reduction device, automatic rotating gas-solid separation and slag discharge device, and a drilling and spray prevention system composed of anti-spray bags with large storage space.Practical applications have shown that: under the conditions of multiple disasters such as high gas, soft and outburst coal seams, coexistence of gas and water, and geological structural zones, the continuous and safe drilling of holes with a depth of over one kilometer can be achieved with significant safety benefits, providing a new control model for the advanced extraction of coal seam methane in large areas.
