氮封注浆加固技术在太原西山镇城底矿水害防治中的应用研究

Application of nitrogen sealing grouting reinforcement technology in water hazard prevention and control in Zhenchengdi Mine

  • 摘要: 为解决镇城底矿8号煤层28620运输顺槽400 m处发生的强涌水问题,采用理论分析和现场钻孔窥视的方法,对涌水源进行了分析和确定。针对涌水通道特点,采用先对涌水通道进行氮封,再注浆封孔的水害治理方案,并进行了现场实践。结果表明,在氮封注浆封孔新技术的作用下,巷道的涌水量得到了有效控制,氮封注浆封孔方案设计合理,可有效治理巷道水害问题,确保了28620运输顺槽的顺利掘进和施工人员的安全。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of strong water inrush at 400 m of the No.8 coal seam 28620 transportation channel in Zhenchengdi Mine, theoretical analysis and on-site drilling observation methods were used to analyze and determine the water source of the inrush.Based on the characteristics of the water inrush channel, a water hazard control plan was adopted, which first sealed the water inrush channel with nitrogen and then sealed the hole with grouting, and on-site practice was carried out.The results show that under the action of the new technology of nitrogen sealing grouting hole sealing, the water inflow in the tunnel has been effectively controlled.The nitrogen sealing grouting hole sealing scheme is designed reasonably, which can effectively treat the water damage problem in the tunnel and ensure the smooth excavation of the 28620 transportation channel and the safety of construction personnel.
