注浆充填技术在坑口电厂采空区治理中的实践与应用

Application of grouting filling technology in goaf treatment of pit-mouth power plant

  • 摘要: 在采空区上建设电厂,目前我国并无工程实践方面的先例,对此开展坑口电厂建设场地采空区治理工程,有利于为全国坑口电厂建设的选址及采空区治理工作提供重要的参考价值及示范意义。以黄陵矿业660 MW电厂建设场地采空区治理为工程背景,在综述项目区前期采空区具体勘察情况基础上,基于勘察区地质、采矿、场地等条件限制考虑,确定采用“孔口投骨料同步注浆”、“浆液中加入速凝剂”、“先施工帷幕后施工内部”的施工工艺的“注浆充填”治理方案,达到有效充填残留空洞及采动裂隙的目的。经工后质量检测表明,残留空洞及采动裂隙得到有效充填,总体治理效果显著,地基稳定性良好,也表明了注浆充填技术在治理矿山采空区塌陷方面的可行性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Currently, there is no precedent in engineering practice in China to build a power plant on goaf, therefore, the goaf control project in the construction site of the power plant is beneficial to the site selection of the power plant and the goaf control work. Based on the engineering background of goaf treatment in the construction site of 660 MW power plant in Huangling Mining, the detailed investigation of goaf in the project area in the early stage is summarized, and based on the consideration of geological, mining and site constraints in the investigation area, we determine the “grouting filling” treatment scheme by adopting the construction technology of “simultaneous grouting with aggregate at the orifice”,“adding quick-setting agent into the grout”,“construction curtain before construction interior”,thus achieving the aim of effectively filling the residual voids and mining fissures. The post-construction quality test shows that the residual cavities and mining fissures are effectively filled, the overall treatment effect is remarkable, and the foundation stability is good, indicating the feasibility and reliability of grouting filling technology in controlling the collapse of goaf.
