切顶卸压沿空留巷技术在厚煤层综采工作面的应用

Application of roof-cutting and pressure relief gob-side entry retaining technology in fully mechanized mining face of thick coal seam

  • 摘要: 切顶卸压沿空留巷作为一种无煤柱开采工艺,在一定程度上可以提升煤炭资源的回收利用率、提升矿井生产的连续性、增加煤矿企业的经济效益。为解决工作面交替紧张及煤炭资源回采率低等问题,以山西西山煤电股份有限公司马兰矿18505综采工作面运输顺槽为研究对象,通过理论计算和工程实践相结合的研究方式,进行了切顶卸压沿空留巷工艺方案的设计及巷道围岩控制措施的相关研究,并提出采用“预裂爆破切顶+恒阻大变形锚索补强支护”的沿空留巷技术方案。根据现场实际监测效果可知,在留巷30天后,巷道围岩的变形基本趋于稳定,顶底板最大变形量为178.26 mm,巷道两帮的最大移近量为85.34 mm,完全符合沿空留巷的实际应用标准,保障了工作面的安全回采。

     

    Abstract: As a kind of mining technology without coal pillar, top-cutting and pressure relief roadway-retaining along goaf can improve the recovery and utilization rate of coal resources, boost the continuity of mine production, and increase the economic benefits of coal enterprises.In order to solve the problems of alternating tension of working face and low recovery rate of coal resources, this paper takeing transportation roadway of 18505 fully-mechanized mining face in Malan Mine of Shanxi Xishan Coal Power Co.,Ltd.,as the research object, and through the research method of combining theoretical calculation and engineering practice, carries out the design of the technology scheme of roadway-retaining along goaf and related research on the surrounding rock control measures of the roadway.The technical scheme of retaining roadway along the goaf is proposed by using “pre-split blasting roof-cutting+constant resistance large deformation anchor cable reinforcement support”.According to the actual on-site monitoring results, after 30 days of roadway retaining, the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway basically tends to be stable, the maximum deformation of the roof and floor is 178.26 mm, and the maximum deviation of the two sides of the roadway is 85.34 mm, which fully conforms to the practical application standard of roadway retaining along the goaf and ensures the safe mining of working face.
