550 mm超大直径钻孔在煤矿回采工作面上隅角瓦斯治理中的应用研究

Application of 550 mm ultra large diameter borehole in gas control at the upper corner of coal mining working face

  • 摘要: 针对回采工作面上隅角瓦斯治理难题,提出了550 mm超大直径钻孔瓦斯抽采技术,采用大直径钻机一次成孔技术实现了超大直径钻孔的快速钻进,现场试验确定了超大直径钻孔的合理钻孔间距为20 m。超大直径钻孔单孔瓦斯抽采纯量达到3.6 m3/min,将上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.50%以下。此外,相对于传统方法,超大直径钻孔在控制上隅角瓦斯方面具有显著的经济性和时效性优势。

     

    Abstract: In view of the difficult problem of gas control in the upper corner of working face, we proposed a gas extraction technology using a 550 mm ultra large diameter borehole.The fast drilling of super-large diameter borehole is realized by using the once-drilling technology of large diameter drilling machine, the reasonable hole spacing of super-large diameter borehole is 20 m.The purity of single hole gas extraction is 3.6 m3/min, and the gas concentration in the upper corner can be controlled below 0.50% by using the super-large diameter borehole.In addition, compared with the traditional method, the super-large diameter drilling has obvious economic and time-effective advantages in controlling gas in the upper corner.
