柠条塔矿二次复用巷道联合维护技术研究与运用

Application of joint maintenance technology of secondary reuse roadway of Ningtiaota Mine

  • 摘要: 针对沿空留巷二次复用巷道变形严重的问题,以柠条塔煤矿S1212工作面为背景,回采100 m时,二次复用巷道出现严重变形,已影响正规循环作业。科研人员进行现场实勘并分析巷道变形原因,提出起底、挑顶、扩帮联合维护技术和超前密集导向钻孔切顶卸压和底板卸压槽技术改善变形,并进行了现场试验。结果表明,二次复用巷道采用联合维护技术和卸压技术后,巷道变形情况明显得到改善,逐渐恢复正轨循环作业,该技术减少了工作面安全隐患,保障了工作面安全高效回采,可推广实施。

     

    Abstract: In view of the serious deformation of secondary reused roadway along the goaf roadway, taking the S1212 working face of Ningtiaota Coal Mine as the research background, we found that when mining at 100 m, the serious deformation of secondary reused roadway occurred, effecting normal cycle operation.The on-site investigation and analysis of the cause of the roadway deformation were carried out, the joint maintenance technology of floor-up, roof picking and side expansion was proposed, and advanced intensive-oriented drilling roof-cutting pressure relief and floor pressure relief trough was put forward to control the deformation.The results show that after the joint maintenance technology is adopted for the secondary reused roadway, the deformation of the roadway is significantly reduced, and the normal cycle operation is gradually restored, which reduces the potential safety hazards of the working face and ensures the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
