Abstract:
Regarding the prevention and control of rock burst during the mining of thick coal seams in folded structural areas, taking the 401102 working face of Mengcun Coal Mine as an example, we analyzed the main controlling factors of rock burst in the folded structure area of the working face. The strong dynamic load released by the fracture of the hard roof and the high static load of the roadway surrounding rock under the action of structural stress are highly likely to induce rock burst.Three dimensional prevention and control measures, including surface horizontal well segmented hydraulic fracturing, underground directional long drilling hydraulic fracturing, and deep hole pre-splitting blasting, are adopted for the hard roof of the overlying high, medium, and low positions in the folded structure area, effectively reducing the impact of strong dynamic loads on the release of hard roof fractures; strengthening the pressure relief measures of using large-diameter hydraulic expansion and cutting to relieve pressure on the roadway side and “drilling blasting” combined pressure relief on the roof, further increase the range of pressure relief, and reduce high static stress levels.On-site practice shows the above dynamic and static load source separation prevention and control measures can significantly reduce the risk of working face impact in the mining of thick coal seams in folded structure area.
