Preparation of CO2 fly ash mineralized filling material and its application in delayed filling mining of goaf

  • 摘要: 杭来湾煤矿结合实际,巧妙利用当地电厂的粉煤灰资源,成功研制出CO2粉煤灰矿化充填材料(CFBF)。通过对CFBF充填材料性质进行分析,结合其在采空区滞后充填中的实际应用效果,为常温常压条件下制备常规低钙粉煤灰CO2矿化充填材料提供了思路和方法,也为采空区滞后充填开采提供了新的参考方案,推动煤矿充填开采技术的进一步发展和优化。

     

    Abstract: Hanglaiwan Coal Mine has successfully developed a CO2 fly ash mineralized filling material CFBF by skillfully utilizing the fly ash resources of local power plants in combination with the actual situation.Through the analysis of the properties of CFBF filling material and its practical application effect in the delayed filling of goaf, we provide ideas and methods for the preparation of conventional low-calcium fly ash CO2 mineralized filling material under normal temperature and pressure conditions, and put forward a new reference scheme for the delayed filling mining of goaf, which promotes the further development and optimization of coal mine filling mining technology.
