多裂隙煤体巷道强化控制高效锚固支护技术研究

Enhanced control and efficient anchoring support technology for multi crack coal roadway

  • 摘要: 以马兰煤矿2309运输顺槽为研究背景,基于2309运输顺槽位于多裂隙煤体内难以支护的特点,提出了多裂隙煤体巷道强化控制高效锚固支护技术,采用UDEC模拟了不同采动应力下工作面顺槽围岩位移及变形情况,给出了2309运输顺槽围岩锚网索支护参数设计,并进行了现场实践。现场实践结果表明,在强化控制高效锚固支护技术作用下,巷道两帮和顶板的变形量较小,支护效果好,可以有效地控制多裂隙煤体巷道的变形。研究成果对解决相类似地质条件下巷道的支护问题有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on the research background of the 2309 transportation roadway in Malan Mine, and the difficulty in supporting the 2309 transportation roadway in a multi fractured coal body, a high-efficiency anchoring support technology for multi fractured coal body roadway is proposed.UDEC is used to simulate the displacement and deformation of the surrounding rock in the working face under different mining stresses, and the design parameters of the anchoring mesh and cable support for the surrounding rock in the 2309 transportation roadway are provided.The on-site practice results show that under the action of strengthening control and efficient anchoring support technology, the deformation of the two sides and roof of the roadway is small with good support effect, and the deformation of the multi crack coal body roadway can be effectively controlled.The research results have certain reference for solving the support problem of roadway under similar geological conditions.
