厚煤层大断面回采巷道支护参数优化研究

Support parameter optimization of large cross-section roadway in thick coal seam

  • 摘要: 长壁工作面回采巷道保持“掘-采”全生命周期内的围岩稳定,对于保障工作面高效生产、井下作业人员安全至关重要。杭来湾煤矿302盘区回采巷道为典型的浅埋深、厚煤层、大断面煤巷,为掌握其矿压显现规律,在302盘区选取“三条、两类”回采巷道为研究对象,通过矿压实测、煤岩力学测试、数值模拟及工程实践等方法开展了浅埋厚煤层大断面回采巷道矿压规律研究,对杭来湾煤矿工作面回采巷道支护参数进行了优化设计,在有效保障巷道围岩稳定的同时,实现了高强度、低密度支护,同时提高了掘巷速度,改善了采掘接续关系,促进了矿井实现安全高效生产。

     

    Abstract: Keeping the surrounding rock stable during the whole life cycle of “excavation-mining” in the long-wall working face mining roadway is crucial to guaranteeing the efficient production of the working face and the safety of the underground workers.Hanglaiwan Coal Mine 302 panel area's mining roadway is a typical shallow buried depth, thick coal seam, large section coal roadway.In order to grasp the behavior law of mine pressure, “three strip and two types” mining roadway in the 302 panel area was selected as the object of study.Through the mine pressure measurement, coal rock mechanical testing, numerical simulation and engineering practice and other methods, the mine pressure law of shallow buried thick coal seam large section mining roadway was investigated by the methods of mine pressure measurement, numerical simulation and engineering practice, and the optimized design of the support parameters of the mining roadway in the working face was carried out, which realized high-intensity and low-density support while effectively guaranteeing the stability of the roadway surrounding rock, and at the same time, increasing the speed of excavation roadway, improving the relationship of the mining and excavation succession, and promoting the mine to achieve the safe and high-efficiency production.
